Shipping policy

Look, we're not going to pretend a squishy teleports to your door. Here's exactly how it works so there are no surprises.

Where your stuff ships from. Many of our items ship directly from our overseas fulfillment partners. That keeps prices low and the catalog weird and wonderful — but it means delivery takes a little longer than the big-box stores that warehouse everything down the street. Patience is rewarded with capybaras.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after you order. This is the prep stage before anything actually ships.

Transit time. After processing, standard delivery to the United States typically takes 10–20 business days. Most orders land closer to the early end; a few take the scenic route through customs.

Total estimated delivery. Plan on roughly 2 to 4 weeks from order to doorstep. These are estimates, not blood oaths — customs, weather, and peak seasons (holidays, major sale events) can add time.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive it — that's normal and not cause for panic. Heads-up: if your order has more than one item, it may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, so don't be alarmed if things arrive on different days.

Shipping costs. Free. All of it. Every order ships free, no minimum, no fine print, no math. The capybara reviewed the concept of shipping thresholds, found them stressful, and abolished them.

Wrong or incomplete addresses. Double-check your address at checkout. We ship to the address you give us. If a package is returned or lost because of an incorrect address, we can't cover a free reship — though we'll always help you sort it out.

Lost or stuck packages. If tracking hasn't moved in a while or your estimated window has clearly passed, email us at SussyBakaBoutique@gmail.com and we'll chase it down. We'd rather hear from you than have you stew.

Customs and import fees. Domestic US orders generally won't see extra fees. For any international orders, import duties or taxes are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
